The XE500G is a high-performance tracked excavator designed by XCMG for ultra-large earthmoving and mining operations, belonging to the 50-ton and above class of large excavators. The machine integrates powerful performance, an advanced hydraulic system, and intelligent control technology, achieving an optimal balance between power output, work efficiency, and fuel economy, meeting the demands of high-intensity, continuous operation.

The XE500G is a 49.7-ton crawler excavator designed for large-scale excavation projects in infrastructure, water conservancy, real estate, and mining. It is powered by a 343 kW Cummins X12 low-speed, high-torque engine and equipped with a 2.8 m³ bucket. The electronically controlled positive flow hydraulic system, with dual 360 L/min pumps, delivers smooth, efficient performance and reduces fuel consumption. The 690 L fuel tank increases endurance by 30%, extending continuous operation.
The pressurized cabin features automatic hot/cold A/C, a suspension seat, and an 8-inch touchscreen for better comfort and control. With 275 kN bucket force, 261 kN arm force, and 330 kN traction, the XE500G excels in heavy-duty operations under
challenging conditions.
The low-speed and high-torque engine can provide excellent power output, and has good power curve and fuel consumption curve. It has the characteristics of strong power and fuel conservation and is more suitable for the actual working conditions of the excavator.
Daily maintenance points are within reach: Whether it is fuel filter, oil filter, pilot filter or radiator, you can directly
service it on the ground. Two-in-one fuel pre-filter and oil-water separator with remote hand oil pump makes maintenance much easier.
