From January to July 2025, China’s construction machinery exports have maintained solid growth momentum. Both complete machines and spare parts exports have achieved double-digit increases, showing the strong resilience and global competitiveness of Chinese manufacturing.
1. Strong Export Growth Across All Product Categories
According to the latest customs data, China exported USD 24.09 billion worth of construction machinery (complete units), up 9.7% year-on-year, accounting for 71.9% of total exports.
Meanwhile, spare parts exports reached USD 9.39 billion, rising 13.8%, and taking up 28.1% of total export value.
Notably, categories such as spare parts, crawler cranes, tower cranes, elevators, escalators, and concrete machinery have shown particularly strong performance in overseas markets.
2. Global Market Expansion
Exports to Africa, Asia, Oceania, and South America all achieved double-digit growth.
● Africa: USD 4.8 billion, up 56.5%
● Asia: USD 14.28 billion, up 15.7%
● Oceania: up 13.6%
● South America: up 10.8%
In contrast, exports to Europe and North America declined slightly by 9.47% and 6.13%, respectively.

3.Growth in Emerging Markets
Despite slight decreases in exports to Russia and the United States, strong growth has been recorded in countries such as Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, India, UAE, Australia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Thailand, Turkey, and Guinea.This reflects China’s expanding influence and competitiveness in global construction and infrastructure development.
